Sunday, September 10th, Join us for a 8am meetup time for carpooling coordination to head out for day trip hike with like minded sisters. We will be hiking and connecting with nature via Forest Bathing Practices. Lindsey Walker, @mockingbirdremedies will also walk us through a forest bathing exercise, and Z will guide guide through a forest activation meditation calling in nature energies.

Bring a bagged lunch, water, sun screen, hat, hiking shoes, comfortable clothing, crystals or other nature items to set your intentions.
