Join us for a ceremonial cacao ceremony and drum journey group experience. Learn about the heart opening properties of medicinal cacao, its mood-boosting effects, opportunities of introspection, goal setting, self love and connection.

Upon arrival you will participate in a welcoming energy clearing sage smudge, pick your spot around the circle, we will do short introductions, reviewing the agenda for the workshop.

You will then receive your cacao serving, we will bless the cacao and open our sacred circle via a meditative prayer, we will then take a few moments during a short native american drum song to write down anything that may be coming up for you.

We will then have an opportunity to open up the sharing circle and share anything that may be coming up for you.

We will then have you transition into a restful position to enjoy a short drumming meditation journey to seal our ceremony, with the addition of gong and sound bowls to close.

How to Prepare: It is recommended that you spend some time tuning in and perhaps journaling anything that is coming up for you that you may want to address during the ceremony: releasing limiting beliefs, identifying stories or patterns, working through grief or loss, setting new intentions, allowing for space to receive what is for your highest good.

What to Bring: Yoga Mat, Journal, water, coffee mug, your intentions and an open heart. If there are specific items that are important for you in your process: divination tools, totems, feel free to bring those as well.
